From Johannesburg
From the M1, join the N1 north towards Pretoria. Take the Olifantsfontein Road offramp (exit 115) and turn left onto Olifantsfontein Road. After about 3.6km continue straight onto Summit Road. Keep going for another 9.2km until you reach the R511, and then turn right towards Hartbeespoort. You will pass under the N14 bridge and after about 3.4kms turn left, still following the R511 (look out for the road signs). You will pass Vooma Skyview Castle Service Station on your left, and shortly thereafter take the first right to the venue. Event signage will be visible from the R511.
From Pretoria
Take the N1 South towards Johannesburg then merge into the N14 W. Continue on to exit 309 where you will take the R511. Turn left into the R511 heading towards Hartbeespoort. You will pass under the N14 bridge and after about 3.4kms turn left, still following the R511 (look out for the road signs). You will pass Vooma Skyview Castle Service Station on your left; shortly thereafter take the first right to the venue. Event signage will be visible from the R511.

What should I wear?
West Bank
The West Bank dress code is smart.
For ladies, slacks, skirts and sundresses are the norm, with flat or wedge shoes. Stiletto or high pointy heels are not recommended as your heels will sink into the turf, making walking difficult and stomping the divots a futile exercise.
For gentlemen, a jacket is required in the formal seating area. Closed shoes are strongly recommended.
East Bank
The East Bank dress code is polo smart casual.
Are children permitted?
Children are permitted the East Bank and the +10 Paddocks and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 years of age enter free of charge. No children permitted in the +10 Club.
Is food and alcohol permitted?
You are not permitted to bring food and alcohol into the polo estate, however there will be bars and food vendors where these can be purchased.
Are credit/debit cards and cash accepted?
Only cards are accepeted at the venue. Cash will not be accepted at the venue.
Can I buy tickets at the gate on the day?
Tickets will be available at the gate at a premium. We strongly recommend to purchase tickets on line.
Is there parking?
Yes, all tickets include parking in the vicinity.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted on the estate.

What facilities are available on the east bank?
Outdoor seating and umbrellas will be available on a first come, first served basis. Please feel free to bring your own picnic blanket and seating should you wish. A cordoned off kids’ play area with child minders will be available. A variety of drinks and delicious food will be sold. There will also be a polo fair where merchandise will be available for sale.
